The Frenchman, who hails from Brittany, was the Head Chef and Group Chef for Rick Stein at his flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow Cornwall for 25 years.

Stephane, who left Steins and has since set up ‘Stephane Delourme’s Gastronomic Adventure’, is travelling the world bringing his food closer to people through chef residencies, private dining, pop ups and team takeovers.

We met him during The Celtic Connection Tour and we fell in love with his passion for seafood, people and culture.

This renowned chef will be showcasing his exquisite skills, crafting delectable dishes straight from the sea to your plate using seasonal ingredients from right here on the Causeway. This is going to be a coastal dining experience like no other.
