Booking Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted and charged in GBP inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.  Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.  Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum-stay requirements.

To make a booking, you must enter the details of a valid credit or charge card legally held by you.

In the case of advance-purchase offers, 100% of the cost will be charged at the time of booking.  Please note that these bookings may be non-refundable and/or non-transferable.

Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.  Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card. 

For bookings of 4+ rooms, we reserve the right to charge a non-refundable deposit of 25% at the time of booking.  Bookings of over 4 rooms can be cancelled with no additional charge prior to 72 hours before arrival.  Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 nights’ accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card for each room. 

To cancel your booking, please contact us directly quoting the Booking Reference Number issued with your confirmation, along with the arrival date and lead name of the booking.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Elephant Rock Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of products in the hotel.

If you depart early or fail to honour a reservation for any reason you will not receive any credit or refund.  Failing to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in your reservation being cancelled and you will not receive any credit or refund.

Extension to existing reservations will require a new reservation for the additional date(s), subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Check in is strictly from 3pm.

Check out is strictly by 11am.
